Jason Kamau

Jason Kamau is Founder of GlaKam Consulting Services. The name GlaKam has its roots in a family business that was formed in 1980 by his father Joe Kamau. The company was formed to continue the legacy of his father and the values of hardwork, honesty, fairness and intergrity in everything that he taught his children. Jason is a passionate, visionary strong enterprenuerial leader. He serves as CIO / advisor for the African Institute of International Reporting also as advisory executive board member on other firms.

James Wainaina Kamau

Wainaina combines his extensive experience in operations and program management, and engineering to drive transformative change for our clients. With nearly two decades of experience working with Fortune 500 companies such as Lockheed Martin Corporation and Medtronic, Inc., Wainaina is Six Sigma/Green Belt certified and has represented these organizations at the Corporate Council on Africa; an organization that connects its member firms to U.S government and business leaders working on global growth initiatives between, and at the intersection of United States corporations and the continent of Africa. Wainaina holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities

Ali Saifleh, MBA, BB

Ali Saifleh is an expert in Continuous Improvement and Change Management agent. Ali has more than 15 years of operational, general management and performance improvement experience in both advisory and interim
management roles (including Global Continuous Improvement and Program Management) for North American and global companies. He specializes in leading organizations through holistic transformations and rapid turnarounds.
Ali has served med-tech, private, sponsor-owned and not-for-profit companies across industries, including healthcare, services and technology.
Ali holds an MBA from Hamline University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota. He also holds certifications in Continuous Improvement from University of Michigan and is Black Belt certified from renowned Oxford University in the United Kingdom (U.K.)

Elizabeth is the Senior VP of Marketing and Customer Services. She is the founder and CEO of Umojafitness. Elizabeth is a staunch enterprenuer focucing in areas of fitness and corporate marketing. She had developed GlaKams marketing initiative all over the global. Elizabeth has keen ability to develop and sustain customer relations around global teams. She is an experienced business leader with a proven track record in building high energy performance global teams.
